Gelato Chef with basic training

  • An operator who is able to work with all ingredients, with Gelato bases, with semifinished blends, etc
  • A lab-operator who is also able to manage a Gelato Shop
  • An operator who is able to work in a laboratory that produces Gelato products ready for sale on a daily bases

Gelato Chef with basic knowledge and full training.

  • An operator who has good knowledge of production systems and is able to work in medium size laboratories (i.e. 2/3 Gelato shops production)
  • An operator who is able to train himself and directly on site the staff needed to run small and medium productions
  • An operator who can manage human resources (laboratory staff)

Gelato chef with basic knowledge and full training, with expertise in management.

Gelato Chef with:

  • General vocational training
  • A specific training focused on managing Gelato shops and Gelato staff
  • Ability in managing purchases, sales, payments, etc
  • Ability in training LABORATORY STAFF
  • Ability in training, teaching and leading SALES STAFF (Gelato communication and marketing)

Gelato Chef with basic knowledge and full training, with expertise in management.

Expert manager Gelato chef with:

  • Ability to interact with potential investors
  • Ability to create a Business Plan
  • Ability to help in choosing the perfect location
  • Experience with furniture, equipments, contacts, etc.
